Order Policy

We recommend that you check your order carefully before adding to cart and proceeding with payment.

We reserve the rights to accept or decline to process any order from or through the Site in our absolute discretion.

Any dissatisfaction on the order has to be brought to our attention on the date of delivery. Any actions arising from any breach of warranty or representation or any right to damages whether express or implied shall not be entertained.

Order shall not be accepted and/or processed due to one or more of the following reasons:

• Stock is currently unavailable / out of stock
• Payment cannot be processed
• Error in pricing / product description
  

Any cancellation of order within 24 hours of confirmation with payment and before shipment made, we shall deduct a minimum fee of Rm15 from your payment as administrative fee in addition to any charges incurred from the banks.

No cancellation of order and refund will be entertained once equipment is shipped out.
