Warranty Policy
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on parts only except wear and tear items to ALL equipment unless stated otherwise in Quotation / Invoice.
Warranty will be excluded if customers failed to carry out regular service to equipment and maintain equipment as per operations manual, and/or due to any other external factors like electrical fault, misuse and negligence.
Any cost and/or charges related to repair and replacement of parts to equipment without warranty will be chargeable.
All warranty claims must be lodged with proof of purchase by way of Invoice or Delivery Order.
As an alternative to repair and replacement of defective parts to the equipment due to manufacturing defects, we reserve the rights to replace the equipment with compatible/comparable functions or refund the cost of the equipment purchased, at our discretion.
Exclusion of Warranty
- Glass, lights, infra-red/quartz tubes, burners and any other wear & tear items
- Equipment serviced/repaired by others
- Inappropriate installation, modification or repair to equipment
- Accidental damage, negligence, misuse
We are not liable for any loss of food or revenue as a result of equipment defect.
